Terms and Conditions

    • Garments which are not collected within two months will be disposed of accordingly.

 

    • We take no responsibility for buttons, zips & belts, but we will take maximum care of them.

 

    • Stains are treated normally. However, we are not responsible for loss of colour or damage caused by extra treatment or re-cleaning requested by the customer.

 

    • We follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions attached to the garment, so any damage caused by following these instructions would be the responsibility of the manufacturer. If any garment with no manufacturer’s cleaning instructions will be cleaned at customers own risk.

 

    • We do not take any responsibility for anything left in pockets. However, we will always return them if found. HONESTY IS OUR MOTTO.

 

    • There is an extra charge of 99p on all card payments less than £10. We do not accept American Express.

 

    • We take maximum care of all items we clean. However, Suede & Leather will be cleaned at the customer’s own risk

 

    • We are only responsible for the garment you bring for cleaning. Our Insurance is not cover for the part of the garment set which is not brought to us for cleaning in case of any claim (eg; if it is a suit and we only clean trouser, so in case of claim we are only responsible for trouser not fo the full suit. Cleaning the garment this way can cause colour difference between the pair.

 

    • Kings Dry Cleaners must be advised at the time of bringing in your dry cleaning if any single item to be cleaned exceeds the £5,000.00 in value.

 

    • If you don’t disclose the value of your garment which is more then £5,000.00 Kings Dry Cleaners will not be responsible.
